The Ministry of Science and ICT and the Korea Radio Promotion Association announced a full-time creator development project to help create and commercialize new media jobs by supporting growth-stage creators. They held the "Chang Chang Project" from May 15 to June 7 where anyone who owns and operates channels in the online video platform and has more than 10,000 subscribers could apply without restrictions on residence, genre, and affiliation. While 35 teams were selected last year, a total of 50 teams were selected this year, increasing by 15. 

Selected creators will be provided with a variety of customized support programs to lay the foundation for stable profit generation, including commercialization projects, expert consulting, content production subsidies, production infrastructure, and networking opportunities with related companies. It is distinguished by the additional diversification of project measures, such as assistance for the commercialization of offline events as well as support for the commercialization of innovative technologies via NFT and Chat GPT links. 

Last year's business results contributed greatly to strengthening the competitiveness of the domestic creator media industry, with the final 32 teams succeeding in employment and start-ups, recording 95 million won in commercialization sales and about 460,000 channel subscribers. Through this, it is expected to create many social and economic values in the "creator media" market, which is emerging as a promising industry, as well as creating new jobs for young people who are actively engaged in economic activities in the field.
