Web Design indicates the creation and management of a website's appearance. In modern digital poetry, web designers design the layout, texts, images, videos, and other elements while considering the client's needs and preferences. 

Web design aims to create websites, which are collections of electronic files on a web server. These files provide content and interactive features to clients in the form of requested web pages. The tags, like HTML, XHTML, or XML, can place elements such as text and bitmap pictures (GIF, JPED, PNG) on a page.

Displaying media such as vector graphics, animation, video, and sound requires a separate plug-in such as Flash or QuickTime, which can be added to a web page using tags (HTML, XHTML, XML).

The process of web design is as follows:
1) Collecting requests from clients: Web designers collect requests from clients who commissioned the website. Then, they go through a process of design sketches with clients' suggestions. 
Graphic work is where the magic of web design truly comes to life. Using programs such as Photoshop, web designers create mock-ups of sensitive design sketches, infusing them with vibrant colors and captivating fonts. They meticulously craft images for detailed elements, ensuring the design is visually appealing and accessible.  
3) Coding: They use a programming language to convert the design mock-ups into a web page. After that, they need to ensure its functionality.
4) Finally, they can complete the website for clients by applying colors and adding images. 

Web design, including mobile web and applications, is not just a static concept. It's a dynamic field that is constantly evolving to meet the needs of the ever-growing number of internet users worldwide. This adaptability to the mobile environment ensures that web design remains relevant and future-proof.
