During the 2023-2024 NBA season, several changes occurred. Many of the NBA's former elite players, including Kevin Durant, Steph Curry, and Lebron James, are eliminated in the first round of the playoffs. Since at least one of LeBron James, Stephen Curry, and Kevin Durant has attended the Conference Semifinals every year for the past ten years, this is a significant shift in the NBA. The playoffs are now dominated by emerging talents. The Mavericks and the Celtics will face off in the Finals.

The MVP candidate Luka Doncic leads the Dallas Mavericks, while Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown lead the Boston Celtics. There are players and coaches on the two teams. Specifically, the players excel in their respective fields. The shooting guard for the Mavericks, Kyrie Irving, is well-known for his insane handles and immaculate finishes. With guys like Brown and Tatum leading the attack and Jrue Holiday excelling on defense, the Boston Celtics are a formidable club.

The Dallas Mavericks’ Road to the championship was comparatively difficult. The LA Clippers, who had players like Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, Russell Westbrook, and James Harden, were the team the Dallas Mavericks had to play. Dallas did not have an easy series to win. But Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic together were just unstoppable. They defeated the Los Angeles Clippers and played teams led by talented players like Anthony Edwards and Shai Gilgeous Alexander. These athletes were still unable to thwart Kyrie Irving and Luka Doncic's assault, though.

The route was simpler for the Boston Celtics. They defeated the Indiana Pacers, Miami Heat, and Cleveland Cavaliers with ease. The majority of these three teams' key players were sidelined by injuries. This does not imply, however, that the Celtics are a poor team. The Celtics were the top seed in the Eastern Conference and had the best record of all the clubs. being aware that players like Giannis, Joel Embiid, Damian Lillard, and Jalen Brunson play in the Eastern Conference. It is not a simple task to defeat these teams and earn the top spot.
