These days, many parents are worried about their children’s use of technology. Since
technology has developed a lot, children are frequently exposed to the media. This can result in some benefits, such as helping their education, but there are some negative side effects.

1. It can cause problems in their social skills and development
Social media has developed a lot and many children tend to use their phone or computer to communicate on the internet. This has reduced the amount of time that children are spending outdoors, as well as opportunities to talk face to face. This can decrease the skill of talking and interacting with other people.

2. Health problems
Since children are using more technology, they are exposed to more blue light from their screens and this can be a fatal factor for their eyes. Also, their posture that they use when on their phones can harm their bones, which can prevent growth.

3. Browsing on the internet can be dangerous. As children are using the internet, they can have contact with some harmful advertisements, which can impact their education. Also, there is the risk that they will meet strangers on the internet, which can lead to other crimes.
The growing use of technology can provide advantages for children, but adults should still monitor their children’s phone usage in order to minimize dangerous factors.
