Generally, a person who leads an organization or a society efficiently is defined as one who leads by taking the initiative and setting an example. A good leader will not just command, but he will simply show the result way to win people.

In other words, the leader himself or herself must comply first with the mission, vision, core value, strategic goals, strategies, and principles of action set by the organization and set an example for employees. Therefore, a leader should have a responsibility that must be accompanied by many good traits and sincerity.

Oprah Winfrey is a good example. She is a globally influential American female star, and is a representative modifier as ‘The Queen of Talk Shows.’ People refer to her as ‘a woman who moved from rays to riches. Why would she be considered as one of the leaders of the United States? The answer can be found in her humble way to listen to others. Oprah listens in a serious manner no matter who it is on the broadcast.

This means she has an attitude to learn from everyone. Of course, her speaking skill is one of the reasons for her success, but what we want to emphasize is her unchanging personality. There were many obstacles to overcome in her life until she was named the world’s only black woman billionaire and the world’s most influential black woman by creating the world- famous “The Oprah Winfrey Show” and setting up her own production company, Harpo. Overcoming these obstacles, Oprah Winfrey was able to prepare her qualities as an influential leader. The qualities that Oprah Winfrey has shown as a leader is her personality which respects everyone.Oprah Winfrey hosted a talk show with a personality that respected everyone, touched the hearts of countless people, and was able to prepare as an influential leader while giving strength to many people.

Leaders are not born, but made. Therefore, leaders should learn that they should not lead the group in a superior position, but rather serve their members and lead the group toward their goals.
