Action and Responsibility for the Environment

Humans' most fundamental needs are food, clothing, and a place to call home. When it comes to food, clothing, and shelter, we use a lot of resources. We use a lot of resources to make clothes, generate ingredients for edible food, cook, and make space for living. These resources aren't created regularly anywhere. Between 1800 and the 1920s, the world's population surged, rising from around 1 billion to 2 billion to almost 8 billion now, around 100 years later. As a result, the amount of resources consumed grows, while the amount of trash emitted increases at the same time. The issue of rubbish disposal has been widely publicized for some time.

Recycling. It's a word we've heard frequently and effortlessly since we were children. People, on the other hand, have only recently learned and recognized the need for recycling. Do we need to recycle? What motivates them to recycle? I don't believe many individuals have ever asked themselves these questions. Can we feel responsible for recycling and the environment in such a situation? Is it also possible to recycle actively? One of the reasons, in my opinion, that solving the environmental problem is difficult is because it is possible to delegate responsibility to others. You might believe that it won't make a difference if one of the millions of individuals does not put trash in the bin, recycles, or uses recycled things. As a result, most people delegate environmental responsibilities to others rather than to themselves, and not just to someone in the present but also someone in the future.

What is the best strategy to resolve this issue? First and foremost, it is to provide accurate information on recycling, rubbish, and environmental issues to the general public. And it's to persuade people to act on what they know. The media is more accustomed to the generation in their twenties and thirties, and they are more adaptable to change. It's possible that the beginning will be straightforward. It's also feasible thanks to content creators' entertaining vlogs, events, and games, among other things. This movement can begin with us, including you.
