To shortly introduce Neuralink, it is a company founded by Elon Musk, and its goal is to insert electronic chips into peoples' brains for the improvement of civilization. As mentioned in my previous newsletter, people would not be able to test themselves, which could destroy the school system. 

     
Besides that, Neuralink can be abused to brainwash individuals. People would believe wrong things if the manipulator decided to ruin people's brains. By instilling in them the ideas such as dangerous ideologies, the manipulator would quickly gain millions of advocates for his purpose. Even worse, the government could try to brainwash people and turn them biased, or people belonging to a big organization holding certain beliefs about the world may try to spread their ideas by hacking their brains. In the past, Nazis used the method of brainwashing that Jews were an inferior race, so they should be eliminated. This was even before people used traditional media that connected the brains but imagined Neuralink in the wrong hands. 
    
Neuralink is coded by computer algorithms that have fixed outputs for all the same inputs. In that sense, Neuralink is a Siri in the brain, and we are all meant to do what Siri says if Neuralinks are inserted. To a given question or problem, Neuralink will always provide the exact answer so that people would make the same decisions. There would also be no more distinctive individual attributes, and people will make the same decisions with identical underlying logic provided by Neuralink. People could even lose their liberty and their unique personality. In the book The Giver, people are designed to take given roles for everyone at birth, and this happens when people have Neuralinks because their circuits can define who they are.
