Despite the revolutionary development in human medical science, more than half of the world's population cannot obtain essential health services. More than half of people cannot access enough healthcare because of a lack of global health equity. In fact, according to the CIA, the life expectancy in Afghanistan was 52.8 in 2019, while the life expectancy in Monaco was 89.3, which is 36.5 higher than in Afghanistan. 

How does access to healthcare differ worldwide, and how can it be more equitable by adapting a well-demonstrated healthcare system? An ideal answer or solution to such a global issue would be improving the national health security potential and providing a national mental care system. From the perspective of developing countries, building a sustainable healthy, and resilient community should be the top priority for their health security. For example, Syria, where the national expenditure is centered on the national defense, should prioritize the citizens' healthcare. According to the CIA, the GDP per capita of Syria was only 2900 US dollars in 2015, even lower than the average of a developed country. 

Therefore, requesting aid from other countries and constructing a standard module in emergencies would be practical. For developed countries, the government should solve the fundamental cause of suicide to lower the suicide rate. The central government should provide a national mental care system for the citizens to relieve everyday stress, which is expected to contribute to the increase in national healthcare ultimately. 

With the implementation of policies by the government in both developed and developing countries, the healthcare system can be more equitable to increase life expectancy and improve human health security in the world.
