Following the series' previous work "Avatar" released in 2009, "Avatar; The Way of Water," which was released in 13 years, is so high that the gap has been overshadowed.

According to the results of the integrated computer network for movie theater tickets by the Korean Film Council on the 15th, the cumulative number of viewers reached 9,265,629 as of 10 a.m. Since its release on the 14th of last month, it has maintained its No. 1 spot at the box office so far and is expected to be the first 10 million-viewer film in 2023.

There were voices of concern about the long running time of 3 hours and 15 minutes, but director James Cameroon said at a press conference in Korea, "Isn't it good to pay the same amount of money and Watch it for a long time? He said with pride. As it is a follow-up to "Avatar" which shocked theaters at the time with innovative 3D technology, "Avatar; Waterway" is upgraded further to provide an overwhelming visual beauty that breaks the limitations of CG once again.

Director James Cameron's outstanding directing skills embody more than everyone can imagine. In particular, the scene under the water, which accounts for a large proportion, feels so unbelievable that you would also hold your breath.

The film tells the story of Sulli and Natalie, who became married in the first episode, the ruthless threat they face in their family life with their four children, the journey, the battle, and the wounds they have to endure to survive. Through the story expanded into a family, it takes a deep look at the story of each family member and delivers a message that conflicts, harmony, and the more difficult situations are, the more we must overcome them together. It is a movie that must be seen in theaters early this year, with overwhelming scale and ringing messages that cannot be taken off the eyes from beginning to end, and the box office is expected to continue.
