In 2023, it was the first Lunar New Year holiday without distancing since the COVID-19 outbreak in South Korea. These days, when inflation has occurred, what kind of holiday would we encounter? 

Adults spend a lot of money during the Lunar New Year holidays - they need to go grocery shopping, pay gas bills, and give pocket money to the children.

It may seem like a minor concern; but many adults in Korea struggle deciding on how much to give to their children and nephews. It is a great economic burden on how much adults should pay children: 30,000 won, 50,000 won, or 100,000 won. 

As prices skyrocket these days, gas, electricity, and water bills go through the roof again. In the era of holiday allowance inflation, how are people spending their holidays?

이번 2023년에는 코로나19 팬데믹 이후 처음으로 거리두기 없는 설연휴를 맞이했다.  최근 소비자물가가 많이 올라 가정 경제가 어려운 가운데 직장인들은 어떤 명절을 맞이할까?

장보기, 차량 기름값과 세뱃돈 등 설연휴에는 특히 지출이 많아진다. 
사소한 고민 같지만, 많은 직장인들은 설연유를 앞두고 가장 걱정되는 일에 부모님 용돈과 세뱃돈 얘기를 제일 먼저 꺼냈다. 명절을 앞둔 많은 사람들이 “명절 용돈이 경제적으로 가장 부담 된다"고 말했다. 

요즘 물가가 오르면서, 가스비와 전기료, 수도요금까지 오르고 있다. 소비자물가 상승 속, 명절 용돈 인플레이션 시대, 올 추석 씀씀이는 또 어떨까 궁금해 진다.
