Analysis of movie <The Hunt>2021: The Extract of (1:13-1:18)

This extract starts with elegant Beethoven music in the background with not-so-elegant words from Athena(killer). The scene and dialogue show that she is cutting vegetables and cooking grilled cheese. This scene is after an hour of an intense fight scene and is the film's calmest moment. It is right before the final fight scene of the boss Athena and Crystal(snow). 

Camera movement is extremely slow with the soothing music of adagio tempo. This sequence is important because it serves as an intermission between each of the movie's battle scenes. It is the movie's grand finale, and the moment viewers discover why this massacre happened. 

The dialogue between the two characters and the background sounds dominates this scenario. It is interesting to listen to them speak since Athena has the most formal accent, and Crystal has a strong Texas accent. The sounds of knives and food frying on the pan create tension in the scene, and while it is an intermission of the fighting, the tension is at its peak throughout the movie. With Crystal's line, "Let's fucking get on with it," the fight starts. The two ladies start fighting until Crystal pulls out a knife and makes a cutting noise as she does so. The speed of the background music increases rapidly as Crystal leaps onto the table. The fight scene is chaotic, and it goes from ots(over-the-shoulder shot), high angle shot, tracking shot, barrel roll shot to the left (or a tilt shot), ots, high angle shot. The director gives us such dynamic shot changes after the steady scene of the two characters talking before.
