Cannabis is a drug-related material that has been an ongoing issue recently. There have been issues in the media regarding the ethical usage of Cannabis, also known as marijuana. Before going in-depth, here is a brief information about Cannabis.

Cannabis goes way back in history. It was recorded 2,500 years ago when Chinese farmers would grow these pants for oil and fiber, ropes, clothing, and paper. Not only that, but the Greeks also used Cannabis to dress wounds and sores on their horses or used on humans to treat nose bleeds. It has been native to Central or South Asia. 

Comparing this plant to ancient times, it has been modernly developed for different uses. Cannabis has been used medically for both recreational and entheogenic purposes. It can ease pain (nerve damage), control nausea, and reduce inflammation. However, overdosing on this drug or using it abusively can result in hallucinations, image distortion, and loss of personal identity. It can also negatively affect someone by increasing anxiety, heart, and panic attacks and impairing memory and learning ability.

Due to this development/ abusive usage, Cannabis has been questioned worldwide. Fearing that these adverse effects can impact the encouragement of workers and a nation's future, countries started banning this drug. However, the drug itself can be very helpful in medicine. Due to these conflicting issues, the legal usage of Cannabis has been contemplated and will be in the future.
