In recent years, AI sources' popularity has tremendously become widespread among students and educators. It has made significant progress in improving the learning quality among users through innovative means. However, the introduction of Chat GPT-4 sparked concerns regarding the ethical implications of this AI source, as controversy occurred on whether we should limit the use of AI to prevent potential risks. 

The Chat GPT-4 AI is a powerful multimodal language model that can effectively produce information and write through human-like conversations with users. As most users have shown favorable responses to the overall functionality of this technology, a few experts mentioned the risk of fake news, as AI could derive inaccurate information from unreliable sources. Additionally, people have also raised concerns about the manipulation of conversations that could harm the users. 

Although these risks exist, Ts2, a Telecommunications company developed by Microsoft, claims that "limiting AI progress could also have severe consequences" as we can "be missing out on the potential benefits it could bring in the future." For instance, other than Chat GPT in particular, AI technology, in general, has shown promising results in areas of healthcare, transportation, finance, and education. 

The debate of limiting AI progress is still ongoing among experts as many questions whether people should limit the use of AI solely due to the potential ethical implications. Therefore, company Ts2 concludes, "It is important to ensure that the technology is not used for malicious purposes" and "it is equally important to ensure that we do not limit the potential benefits the technology could bring."
